Emotional Needs 1st part

We as individuals in order to relieve boredom, to numb anxiety, to give ourselves confidence, to create euphoria in an otherwise dull existence; we try to change things. Everything is about the change; changing your lifestyle, changing unhelpful thinking styles; changing behavior patterns, changing the way you view your emotion and changing the way you relate to people around you.
   Some of us have limited emotional tolerance, managing the distress can be extremely difficult.

    People who are suffering from chronic depression, severe anxiety, addiction showed after 20 years of research study that number of repetitive patterns that stopped their meeting emotional needs. 
   There are 5 broad categories according to researches for our emotional needs:
  1. SECURE ATTACHMENT
  2. AUTONOMY, IDENTITY and PERFORMANCE
  3. REALISTIC DREAMS & GOALS
  4. FREEDOM TO EXPRESS VALID NEEDS & EMOTIONS
  5. SPONTANEITY&PLAY

Connectivity

There is a faded connectivity,
